The Louisburg Police Department is currently hiring qualified candidates. 

The City offers its police officers:

  • $5,000 hiring bonus
  • New officers start at $23.16/hour
  • Certified officers start at $24.10/hour or more based on experience
  • 100% paid medical, dental, vision for the employee, life insurance and KP&F retirement (Kansas Police & Fire). 

All candidates will be background checked and drug/alcohol screening is required. The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
